Job Summary:
The director of development (DOD) for the Claire Trevor School of the Arts (CTSA) is a senior professional who works collaboratively with the Dean of the Claire Trevor School of the Arts and University Advancement (UA) to lead the development program of the School and secure significant philanthropic investments to support it. The primary activity of the DOD is externally focused to secure private philanthropic support and the DOD's effectiveness will be evaluated on the ability to achieve financial goals and meet metrics. The DOD reports directly to the Dean of CTSA, with a dotted line to the Senior Executive Director of Development for Campaign Initiatives in University Advancement. The DOD is expected to serve and participate as a member of the CTSA External Relations Team on school-wide activities, and to also be a highly collaborative colleague with other development officers across the campus.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Must be able to work some weekends and evenings when required.
